Job Description

We are looking for the next Sales Development Representative to join our rapidly expanding sales organization. From facilitating initial conversations, to developing team wide best practices, you will be an integral member for our Sales organization In this role, you ll be responsible for creating excitement about xentral. You ll get to work alongside an extremely passionate and supportive team, but most importantly you ll jumpstart your career in an exciting field.

Your Tasks

  • Develop new business leads and enhance existing relationships
  • Utilize prospecting and research tools, coordinate with assigned reps to qualify opportunities; prepare for and book pitch meetings with target prospects
  • Conduct sales development best practices with email, phone, and social drips using enablement technology to connect with new prospects
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the sales team to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans

Your Profile

  • You hold a degree in business administration, economics, business informatics or industrial engineering - in any case you have a clear affinity for tech topics
  • You have already gained relevant professional experience in the area of sales / SD - ideally in a SaaS environment
  • You have strong experience building business relationships early on and convincing them of our value propositions
  • You can work with ambitious timelines, are persistent and tenacious, and always close a customer interaction with next steps
  • Your personality is characterized by your initiative, contribution and motivation
  • Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Your English and German is business fluent
  • Prior Start-up sales experience a huge plus
