Job Description:

• Morgan Stanley is looking for hands-on Developer with Production Management Background to become a part of the IMPM Expansion.
• The Role involves strengthening the existing Prod Mgmt Team & create efficiency through undertaking enhancements & automation along with adopting SRE Model.
• The role requires interacting with the product owners and deep dive into the application with a view of generating value adds and drive SRE concepts of SLI/SLO & Error Budgets.
• The individual would be involved in automation and enhancement to generate effort within the team.
• The role requires constantly looking at the applications to identify what can be automated.
• The role also requires handling application outages and liaising with Development team for remediation and avoid repeat of the same outage.
• The project involves dealing with Senior Managers from IT & Business Divisions & also serve as a point of contact for teams during the NY hrs and issue updates of any production problem in a timely manner.
• The individual would be required to participate in various Agile Squads to advance SRE principles (observability, resiliency & reliability) within the organization
