Strong understanding of IBM Security Identity Manager

IBM Identity Manager6+ years of experience of installing, configuring and upgrading/migrating IBM Security IAM solution components.

Experience using Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML. Follow ITIL process for Incident Management, Problem Management Able to own and handle P1/P2 calls, resolve independently Works on ISIM adapters, including 6.x Active Directory Adapter, 6.x Mainframe Adapter, 6.x IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) for Web Adapter and 6.x ISAM Enterprise Single Sign-On (ESSO)Works on IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator (TDI) adapters and assembly line Integrates ISIM and ISAM software components, provisioning targets, user workflows and protected web applications

Installs, configures and customizes ISIM and TDI, as well as upgrades TDI adapters and assembly lineConfigures, troubleshoots and conducts migration planning and deployments for ISIM 6.0Conducts high-level analysis of requirements documentation with respect to correctness, completeness, and consistencyTroubleshoots, investigates operational problems and provides resolution/remediationOpen for rotational shift; Performs maintenance activities
