Tasks

Job Outline:

• Produce high-value outcomes combining technical experience, insights, and custom software solutions using all the latest trends and technologies
• Provide visibility into status, resourcing needs, reports, granular requirements, dates, and escalations for projects
• Create and enforce cross-functional accountability across all business and technical groups & levels using soft and hard levers
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Adoption of Project Management tools ensuring technical solution responds to business requirements and agreed scope

Job Responsibilities will include:

• Ensure delivery of projects on time, within budget, adhere to high-quality standards and meet customer expectations
• Responsible for preparing and tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers ensuring successful delivery from inception to service transition
• Manage vendor/implementation partner s team members to successfully deliver projects
• Maintain project-level risks & issues log and follow-up on closure actions
• Drive project closure activities effectively including financials
• Ensure timely & relevant communication with all functional areas that impact the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort being managed
• Ensure customer satisfaction is at the heart of our daily delivery
• Ensure to steer the team meetings & provide required coaching & guidance to the team members

Requirements

Required education:

• A bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, business management, or a related field.
• Any relevant project management-related experience, especially in the SAP area
• Should have PMP/PRINCE/CSM/CAP or Equivalent certifications

Required skills and experience:

• 10+ years of experience in SAP Project Management
• Preferably experienced in SAP S4HANA implementation projects
• Experienced in SAP project management methodologies (ASAP, Activate, etc.)
• Experienced in working multi-national environment in international projects
• PMP certification is preferred
• Experience in project management tools (JIRA etc)
