Coupa Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of Coupa Procure to Pay system and business process mapping, data analysis and reporting
• In addition, this position will troubleshoot and address system integrations with various internal systems
• Will work closely with Product, Engineering, Purchasing, Finance and Strategic Procurement, as well as external consultants who provide development support for Coupa
• Provide daily business support for Coupa and will work to maximize Coupa's capabilities to fit the changing needs of the organization
• Coupa subject matter expert and provides production support activities in the development, implementation and/or optimization of core Leads aspects of Coupa systems processes including business needs analysis, testing, data analysis, process documentation, job aids and training
• Coordinates with engineering & operations to provide advanced technical support of Coupa system requests, enhancements, and break/fix activities
• Implement future system functionality and oversee system release updates
• Develops effective presentations, educational reference guides and other communication pieces
• Respond to 'how to' application configuration and functional questions.
