You support, closely coordinate and plan with the CCO on all creative developments and key projects
You effectively plan, deploy and manage resources, colleagues and team setups, and delegate tasks across our creative departments
You oversee the delivery of all our creative services while maintaining creative integrity and fostering a strong ethos of collaboration across multiple stakeholders and teams
You steer and support projects from briefing to presentation and ensure timely scheduling of project milestones
You work very closely with the creatives to ensure standards, templates, and approach to asset development are aligned and optimized
You manage expectations for stakeholders at all levels around key milestones and delivery
You assist in implementing new creative workflows, updating creative process standards and best practices to increase efficiency and quality
WHO YOU ARE
You have several years of experience in creative leadership and/or project management with communications and creative agencies and with various communications channels (e.g. Campaigns, Experiential or Social Media)
You have exceptional organizational, leadership and problem-solving skills
You are highly analytical and have a deep understanding of creative teams and processes
You are able to think holistically and keep things moving
You are skilled in communication measures planning and you have proven experience in developing effective creative plans and processes that support business objectives
You have extensive experience in organizational leadership of multidisciplinary creative teams, coordinating interfaces and scheduling in a fast-paced environment
You pay attention to detail and composure under pressure
You are an outgoing and highly effective communicator at all levels of the organization with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Fluent written and spoken German and English are essential for our daily business
