Finance Executive | Accounts Payable (Thailand)

Join our global TUI Musement Business Services Team as a Finance Executive Accounts Payable in Bangkok to provide service to our internal team and external vendors.

Tasks

• Verifying invoices from supplier and posting account entry for payment and apply payment with the Accounts Payable in SAP
• Issuing WHT certificate to the suppliers
• Follow up the receipt and tax invoice after the payment from supplier
• Ensure that all documentation meet accounting and tax requirements and available for both internal and external audit
• Perform other assignments as directed by supervisor or manager

Requirements

• You are a true people person, confident in communicating with suppliers for invoicing purposes
• Efised, a problem solver, multitasker and good listener who can easily work in a fast paced environment and to tight deadlines
• You can quickly learn internal systems such as Asterix, SAP and Microsoft Office 365
• Efficient and organised, a problem solver, multitasker and good listener who can easily work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Some experience in accounts payable
• Good level of verbal and written English language
