Deine Herausforderungen

• IT project management - your key responsibilities include requirements analysis, project roadmap planning, and managing Scrum processes with the development team to deliver high quality project deliverables on scope, budget, and time.
• Customer Success - you are the key point of contact for the customer and build long-term relationships and customer success structures.
• Stakeholder Management - you are responsible for stakeholder management of the various project members (business and IT on both client and fincite side) to ensure satisfaction on all sides.
• Consulting - you support our customers to find the best (software) solution for their challenges.

Das bringst du mit

• Technical knowledge - you have a good understanding of a software cycle. Knowledge of APIs and databases is a plus.
• Management skills - you communicate in a clear and structured manner and have a good understanding of financial and business processes.
• Experience - you have at least 2-3 years of professional experience as a business consultant or project manager in an interface role between business and IT departments or you have worked in software development environments. In addition, you bring knowledge from asset management or the financial industry. You have a proven track record in project delivery.
• Education - you have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management with a focus on IT or similar. You have excellent English and good German language skills.
• Soft skills - you are a team player who is willing to build software processes from scratch. You enjoy learning something new every day and taking on new challenges.
