As a Content Reviewer, you'll be part of a multicultural team, moderating online content and ensuring a quality online experience for users worldwide.

Tasks

During your day-to-day:

• You will navigate social media and review images, videos and accounts
• You will escalate any violations of our client's policies
• You will reach weekly KPIs
• You will balance priorities according to the client's needs
• You will participate in client meetings to make recommendations

Requirements

You're the right person if:

• You're fluent in Swedish
• You have at least a B2+ level of English
• You have previous experience in a Customer Service related field
• You're used to navigating social media and other digital platforms
• You can work in a fast-paced environment
• You're detail-oriented and results-driven
• You have good analytical skills
