Entrepreneur in Residence - Intern

At Gemma, we help our clients activate data by using state-of-the-art technology. Our clients make better decisions and are empowered to make use of their data on their own. We are service-focused, yet also build open-source tools to deliver a more effective and efficient service.Our clients range from Seed ventures to SMEs with 30 to 13,000 employees per client. Tasks

As our entrepreneur in residence intern, you will become the right hand of the founders and can experience working in a fast-growing environment first-hand. From day one, we will give you responsibility, both operationally and strategically. You take over projects and processes that help to scale the business and take full responsibility for delivering great results, while we give you support and create an environment where you can thrive.

Those are the challenges we see for the next months:

• Bring internal processes between sales, operations, and account management to a new level
• Improve hiring and onboarding processes through increased automation
• Diversify our offer portfolio by facilitating a data audit at one of our clients
• Structure partner management function (strategy, outreach, material, operationalization, etc.)
• Facilitate data security check, derive action items and execute most
• Boost our operational output by helping with our two most relevant business processes: hiring and sales

Requirements

We believe in a good mixture of experience and upside in our team. We are looking for both types of people equally. For this internship role, we are looking for people with intellectual curiosity, openness to learn, and a structured mindset.

Besides that we are looking for the following:

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a structured and independent approach to the work
• Communication with a high level of empathy and demonstrable curiosity
• Optional: Experience working in a fast-growing environment
• Optional: Ability to speak German fluently
