(Senior) Technical Integration Manager (f/m/d)

As a Technical Integration Manager for justtrack (SaaS/B2B) you will be responsible to oversee and manage all customer- and partner-facing technical and non-technical tasks to integrate and configure our SaaS B2B software.

You are the point of contact during the onboarding of new customers as well as once a customer is live. You will be the crucial link to our internal developers and the expert in our customers and partners' processes and needs. Therefore, you will streamline their requirements and questions.

Tasks

• You will be the bridge between product and customers. Especially during the onboarding of new customers you will work closely with our account managers and developers to ensure a smooth process.
• You are the main point of contact for our customers. You will act as the responsible project manager to organize, understand and solve both technical and non-technical issues, either on your own or with help from the responsible team.
• You will become an expert in what justtrack does and which steps need to be taken to integrate new partners as well as maintaining existing integrations. You won t take care of all the tasks yourself but you have the best overview of what needs to be done to make a project successful.
• You set up all required processes and tools to enable and simplify onboarding of customers.

Requirements

• You have a technical background, e.g. Bachelor s/master s degree in computer science, business informatics or similar
• You are a strong communicator and like to talk to people
• You can easily explain complex topics and tailor it to different audiences
• You have worked in technical project management or IT consulting for at least 2 years
• Having worked with SaaS/B2B products in the past is a plus
• Knowledge in mobile marketing and analytics (tracking, attribution) is a plus
