Tasks
- Independent management and handling of the entire full cycle recruiting process - from job postings to initial interviews and active sourcing to onboarding of new team members
- You continuously optimize and develop the recruiting process as well as operational HR processes
- Create and test assessment centres as well as different interview techniques
- Build the team by bringing in new approaches to continuously develop the area of "People & Culture"
- Establish and develop our Employer Branding and are responsible for Employee Benefits & Happiness
- You are the contact person for the team as well as for external stakeholders in questions of labour and social security law.
- Among other things, you create contracts, and agreements and take care of general personnel administration
Requirements
- You have 4+ years of professional experience in HR or a field strongly related to HR - ideally in end-to-end recruiting as well as in HR administration
- You have experience with modern and innovative recruiting methods (interview techniques) as well as cross-functional active sourcing experience
- You are reliable and known for your conscientious approach to work, you are also an absolute professional when it comes to organization and knows how to set priorities correctly
- Strong assessment skills, a high level of enthusiasm and an empathetic demeanour are your strengths
- You have a convincing personality with a very high level of responsibility and commitment
- Communication and dealing with people are your passion
- Basic knowledge of Austrian and German labour law is a plus
- High emotional and social intelligence with experience fostering positive, strong relationships with diverse groups of people
- You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
