Our mission

We are driven by our vision to build a software platform that redefines how millions of B2B sellers and buyers across the globe interact and close deals. We aspire to transform the B2B sales tech market as companies such as Salesforce and HubSpot have done so over the past 20 years.

We are a group of highly ambitious, entrepreneurial, and fun people backed by first-class VC investors (Picus Capital, XAnge, 10X Founders) and several business angels (e.g., founders of Zalando, McMakler, Home24); we work partially from our beautiful office in the heart of Hamburg and partially from home.

Your role

With our EUR 3.5m Pre-Seed funding round closed and the product gaining more and more traction with customers, we believe it is now the perfect time to build our sales organisation. You are responsible for orchestrating our entire sales approach.

In that role, you will be working daily side-by-side with Jan Niklas & Lennart (founders) and shape the scaling of a B2B SaaS. And as soon as we have a well-oiled sales machine you will build your own sales team.

Tasks

  • You source your own deals and are responsible for them until closing - covering the full sales cycle
  • As Sales Hire #1, you can and should actively help shape the sales process and sales assets (e.g., our playbook).
  • You are our product evangelist selling sales software to buyers whose problems you deeply understand
  • Option to develop quickly into a sales leadership role and build up your own team

Requirements

We are looking for people who want to carve out their name on the newest product for B2B sales. Someone who is an empathetic and curious team player who is driven by building a product that helps people make faster and better buying decisions.

  • You have ~2+ years of experience as a (Senior) Account Executive in a B2B SaaS sales environment at best in a high-growth, venture-backed startup.
  • You have experience sourcing your own deals either as a full-cycle AE or from working experience as SDR/BDR.
  • You're fluent in German and English.
  • You have a hands-on mentality and enthusiasm to build things up from scratch and, at the same time, the ambition to develop quickly into a leadership role.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to challenge the status quo (or even define a new one from scratch).
