Provide analytical support for the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs including jobevaluation, salary structure development, salary planning, savings plans, and group insurance. This role must understands and applies principles and practices of the compensation and benefits specialties, and will be responsible to prepare complex reports for management review and consideration with scope for the LATAM region.
EDUCATION
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) Marketing, Business administration, Accounting Compensation& Benefits education Training in TRESS Experience required, and HR Global platforms functionality
- Bilingual: Spanish - English 85%.
RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 6+ years of relevant experience.
- 4 years of extensive experience in Compensation& Benefits + 2 years of experience in HR business partner or Generalist as minimum.

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Career-level professional within field/Considered highly skilled and proficient in discipline
- Extensive knowledge in Intermediate to advance experience in Excel functions, pivot tables, index, match, macros is a plus
