We are looking for a working student in Customer Care in our office in Berlin-Kreuzberg (remote also possible) and as soon as possible.
Your responsibilities
- You act in a customer-oriented manner and build long-lasting relationships with our customers
- You independently answer new customer inquiries using our CRM tool
- You identify positive aspects and problems of our products and our service through customer feedback
- You offer our customers individual help and bring our customer satisfaction to the highest level
- You learn to interact on social media channels and to recognize what concerns customers the most
We believe, you'll be successful if...
- You are fluent in Dutch and English and can express yourself very well both orally and in writing in both languages
- You are articulate and writing emails and messages is easy for you
- You work in a service-oriented manner and may already have some experience in customer service
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are not afraid to get your hands dirty
- You are willing to work and get involved in a rapidly developing company and are not afraid to share your thoughts and ideas
- You are emphatic, open-minded and have a command of dealing with people
- You would like to work with us as a working student (20 hours)
