Tasks

• Taking the technical lead for all (electro-)chemical process steps and machines involved in the manufacturing line of our thermal sensors
• Continuous improvement of the numerous chemical process steps in production
• Further scale-up of the process steps for increased throughput
• Establishing a semi-automated input and in-process control of all chemicals
• Setting up a semi-automated replenishing system
• Teaching operators and troubleshooting
• Developing next generation processes and products

Requirements

• Completed studies in physics, chemistry, material, or engineering sciences
• Profound knowledge in (electro-)chemical processes and analysis methods
• Preferably you have worked in the semiconductor or PCB industry (or comparable)
• Strong analytic skills and a systematic problem-solving approach
• You have a good command of English (speaking, reading and writing)
• You work accurately, reliably and effectively
• You are a maker, an all-rounder and a team player
