You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailOur first Head of Conversion (f/m/d) to help track and convert visitors to our Website into long-term happy customers.
In this role you will have direct impact on our most important KPI: revenue. You will:
Be responsible for the user acquisition process from website visitor to retained customers
Oversee the following KPIs:
Revenue per case (oversight of this KPI will be managed in collaboration with the tax team)
Own and manage all user acquisition initiatives concerning conversion
Optimize conversion on landing page, signup flow, onboarding
Optimize revenue per case
Define goals / OKRs, report directly to the CEO
Have very close communication with marketing team (lead / traffic generation) and tax operations team
Set up and monitor proper end-to-end tracking and reporting
Drive progress with experiments (user interviews, A/B tests etc.)
Set up, manage and develop a team
