Business Analyst (External Project)

Your Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst for Friday Technology, you are working on projects within the Baloise Group. The first project will be for Basler DE :

• Support of the Product Owner in technical questions about the expansion of our core system
• Technical support, maintenance and further development of Guidewire
• Conceptual elaboration and implementation of technical specifications
• Creation of test concepts and test execution
• Process modelling and optimization of business and technical processes as well as analysis of the use of new technical possibilities
• Management of workshops and working meetings with IT and departments and within the project

Your ideal background and skillset

• Apprenticeship as an insurance and finance clerk/insurance specialist with a high level of IT affinity, IT specialist or (technical) university degree with a focus on computer science or business
• Very good knowledge in the analysis of insurance-specific processes (professional and technical)
• Experience in the creation of technical and test concepts as well as in the preparation of topics in the form of presentations and decision templates
• Experience in the project environment and software development in an agile framework
• Strong sense of ownership
