Have you always been the person who set up and configured the game server while your friends just wanted to play? This is your chance to use your skills professionally. For our office in Karlsruhe, Germany we are looking for dedicated customer support staff.

Tasks

• Du kommunizierst professionell mit unseren franz sischen Kunden via E-Mail und Chat.
• Du bernimmst die routinierte, kompetente Betreuung unserer Kunden.
• Du arbeitest eng mit dem 2nd-Level-Support bei technisch komplexen Anfragen.
• Du reichst selbstst ndig kritische Anfragen innerhalb der Organisation weiter.
• Du hilfst bei der Optimierung der Abl ufe und am System.
• Du erstellst und pflegst Wissensartikel in der Nitrado-Wiki.
• Du unterst tzt bei gelegentlichen bersetzungst tigkeiten ins Franz sische f r unsere Newsseite und Homepage.

• You communicate professionally with our customers via email and chat.
• You take over the routine, competent support of our customers.
• You work closely with 2nd level support on technically complex requests.
• You address critical requests from customers within the organisation independently.
• You assist in optimizing processes and on the system.
• You create and maintain knowledge articles in the Nitrado Wiki.
• You support with occasional translation activities into French for our news page and homepage.

Requirements

• Du hast bereits gute Kenntnisse in der Konfiguration von Gameservern.
• Du bist selber Gamer oder hast Interesse an der Branche und f hlst dich in diesem Umfeld wohl.
• Du arbeitest verantwortungsvoll und selbstst ndig.
• Du hast Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kundenbetreuung.
• Du verf gst ber sehr gute m ndliche und schriftliche Sprachkenntnisse auf Deutsch oder Englisch.
• Du hast schriftliche Franz sischkenntnisse auf C2-Niveau.

• You are a gamer yourself or have an interest in the industry and feel comfortable in this environment.
• You work responsibly and independently.
• You have experience in customer support.
• You have very good oral and written language skills in German or English.
• You have written French skills on a native level.
