Director of B2C (m/w/d)

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the long-term strategic development of the B2C business unit and work closely with our founding team
• You are responsible for our patients & sales along the entire customer journey for our DIGA therapy Kranus Edera
• You also have revenue responsibility for Kranus Edera, planning monthly targets for your team and delivering results together with them
• You will work closely with Marketing, B2B Leadership and other commercial functions to plan lead generation and conversion at Kranus
• You will take people responsibility for multiple teams currently with 30+ headcounts and have the desire to scale the team to 100+

Your Toolkit

• You have a master's degree in the field of economics or an MBA
• You have several years of professional experience gained in a leading management consulting firm
• You have ideally already gained leadership experience in a high growth startup or in a B2C sales organization
• You are a good communicator and a people leader
• You think analytically and have an affinity for numbers
• You are fluent in German and English

We are a digital health platform for men and develop digital therapies based on the latest science for sexual health conditions. Our digital program       Kranus Edera       provides a 12-week plan to treat erectile dysfunction with personal, physiotherapeutic, mental and cardiovascular training, as well as pelvic floor exercises and progress tracking.
