THE ROLE

Zattoo is the leading player in the TV-as-a-Service space in Europe serving several million TV users and dozens of B2B customers helping them watch what they want, where they want, when they want. Our Native Apps team focuses on Android, iOS and Microsoft applications.

We are looking for a student QA Engineer who would support the Android QA team in various activities such as: Release Testing; Exploratory Testing; Writing/re-testing Bug reports; Automating test activities, etc.

You will be part of a growing and motivated team that maintains high quality standards. You will work together with QA Engineers, Product Owners, Developers and Designers to support them in maintaining the quality of Zattoo s product offerings.

WHAT YOU LL DO

• Test applications to ensure they meet the specified design and requirements
• Assist the Android QA team in Release testing
• Write bug reports using JIRA
• Understand the approach for Online Live Tv-Streaming on different Platforms

WHAT YOU LL BRING

• You are currently studying Computer Science or a related STEM subject in Berlin and can work 15- 20hrs a week

• Basic knowledge about Software Testing

• A keen interest in live streaming technology

• Self motivation and ability to work independently

• Solid communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluency in spoken and written English. German is a plus

• Bonus:

  • Experience in Software Testing
  • Knowledge of Test Management tools like JIRA and Confluence
