(Senior) Software Engineer (Backend) – Javascript(m/f/d)

Team

Accounting and Payments team within Corporate Services tribe is a team who is working mainly on our ERP tool Oracle NetSuite, which offers a lot of customization that can be done using Javascript libraries, on the other hand, many use cases and integrations are also handled via micro-services and AWS Lambdas.

These customizations, and processes automation plays a crucial role for Raisin s ecosystem.

The main stakeholders for this team is Raisin s finance team.

Your Responsibilities

• As an experienced (Senior) Javascript Engineer, you will be delighting our finance team at Raisin and Raisin Bank by working on customizing our ERP tool NetSuite as well as building an infrastructure that allows autonomy across the different cross-functional teams.
• Together with your team you will own the design, implementation, deployment, and operation of our services around our ERP tool.
• Part of your responsibilities will be guiding features from their implementation through to testing, refinement and finally launch.
• Develop and maintain AWS Lambda functions.
• Help the team in building CI/CD pipelines for our services and components.
• As a senior engineer, you are expected to help the team to implement engineering best practices, by applying coding standards, testing coverage and ensuring following engineering processes.
• Develop and maintain automated tests.
• You are actively participating in an agile and collaborative process in a cross-functional team with end-to-end ownership.
• Finally, you are responsible for continuously improving your team as well as yourself.

Your Profile

• Successfully completed a Bachelor s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You have strong experience with Javascript and Node.js
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite platform (SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, and RESTlet) is a plus.
• Experience with AWS Lambda.
• An aptitude to understand complex assignments, identify dependencies, analyze problems and provide effective solutions.

• Strong communication skills.
