Job Description
Our partner, a large well-known German media company, is looking for a Senior Backend Developer NodeJS (m/f/d) to support the further development, modernization and optimization of its backends and services. This is a full-time permanent position onsite in Munich, Berlin or Constance (work from home is possible).
Relocation from abroad is possible. We will take care of your visa application and relocation to Germany. Your family members (spouse, children under 18 years old) will get a visa as well.

Tasks
- Design and develop new services and APIs in an agile team
- Support the development of the web and mobile applications with high performance and scalable solutions
- Accompany the entire development process from conception to deployment and monitoring
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor s degree in computer sciences or a related field
- Several years of experience in development with node.js and ideally also PHP
- Knowledge of RESTful API design, test-driven development and clean code
- Experience with working with ElasticSearch, MongoDB, Redis, PostgreSQL
- Experience with Docker, messaging systems, CI/CD and AWS complete your skill set
- Fluent English (level C1)
