Maintenance Controller $80,000 - $110,000/year
The Maintenance Controller is responsible for ensuring unscheduled maintenance, corrective action, part requisition, and clearing status for the Aircraft.
- Review the qualifications of the personnel or facility assigned to accomplish unscheduled maintenance or repairs at outstations and issuing any one-time authorization that may be required.
- Ensure that unscheduled maintenance and repairs to Company aircraft are accomplished in accordance with applicable manufactures manuals or the Companys publications and the aircraft is returned to service.
- Requisition parts required for unscheduled aircraft maintenance and repairs from the Materials department.
- Provide a written "turnover report", consisting of the occurrences on the duty shift, to the incoming shift controller. This will be done every shift, even when no deferrals or outstation maintenance is accomplished.
- Providing "aircraft on ground" (AOG) information to the Manager of Maintenance Control, Director of Maintenance and Quality Control.
- Prepare the aircraft status and morning meeting reports.
- Verify part interchangeability on request from the Material department.
- Any other duties assigned by the Manager of Maintenance Control.
Qualifications:
- Hold a Mechanic Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant ratings
- Have 3 years of experience in a position responsible for returning airplanes to service
- Repairing airplanes in a certificated airframe repair station that is rated to maintain airplanes in the same category and class of airplane as the Company operates
- Become familiar with the Company policies, procedures, duties and responsibilities of the position and all associated staff as set forth in this General Maintenance Manual.
Compensation:
- $80,000 - $110,000/ a Year based on experience.

A&P & Associate or Bachelor s degree in Aviation or related Quality Assurance 145 Repair Station work with 10 to 15 years Corporate Jet experience (preferably Hawker / Learjet / Citation experience)
