We do not have fixed offices, but we meet up to 2 times a week in a place convenient to everyone to talk about new tech stacks as well as new IT trends, to make sure that all our customers are satisfied and fascinated with our services, and to maintain a perfect team spirit and a great mood.

Tasks

Your role at cenaptec

As one of the first employees, you will take up a leading role and provide mentorship and guidance for all further employees. By being involved in several projects at once, you won t get bored every project is unique. The cohesiveness and support of each of our employees by the cenaptec team is an integral part of our corporate philosophy.

Those are some example requirements that you will need to master:

• Deploy a micro-service architecture with lambda and be there until prod-deployment
• Build a micro-frontend (could be Next.js, your choice) for a new business case of a customer
• Work on a complete ERP starting from React and ending at PDF-export

Requirements

This is what we expect from you:

• Expert knowledge in modern frontend development with React or comparable frameworks
• Experience in backend development, ideally with Node.js
• Experience in developing full stack web applications
• Knowledge in GraphQL
• Experience with distributed version control systems such as GitLab/GitHub/Bitbucket (you should be able to configure new pipelines)
• Ideally practical experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB
• Structured, goal-oriented and self-organized way of working, with a strong commitment and initiative
• Experience in teamwork with agile methodologies in deadline-driven projects
• Leadership skills
• Residence permit of an EU country
