As Head of the SEA team you have full autonomy and will be supported by a team of world-class professionals:

• You lead and develop a team of SEM experts to improve strategies and results.
• You are responsible for creating the strategy and implementing this together with your team
• You identify opportunities to be automated, A/B test these and roll out the improvements.
• You develop new markets from the ground up.
• You setup new campaigns in Google Adwords / Bing Ads Monitor and optimize all SEM activities.
• You love to analyze keyword and adgroup performance to develop the most effective strategies.
• You are familiar with analytical techniques such as regression and segmentation, A/B test, copy text and landing pages.
• You can improve our keyword research and generation process.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• You have successfully finished studies in the field of business, economics or marketing and gained at least 5 years of working experience in a SEA/SEM.
• You are creative, analytical, detailed oriented and have an affinity for numbers.
• You are a team player, have a results-oriented way of working and like to take the initiative.
• You have excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
• Experiences with programing languages (Python) is a plus.
