• Edit/create Excel lists
• Create PowerPoint presentations
• Carry out research
• Carry out analyses in various areas
• Supporting colleagues in their daily office routine
• Filing and sorting incoming documents
• Procurement of office supplies
• Organizing meetings as well as customer and guest service

Requirements

Requirements:

• First professional experience in a comparable position
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Good communication skills and self-organization
• Quick understanding and enjoyment of working in a team

Study level: Diploma, Bachelor or Master degree in business administration, programming, engineering or similar.

Language Requirements: Fluent in German and English
