JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a hungry, sales heavy, charismatic go-getter with strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills to join our team as an Home Buying Specialist! This is a Full-Time, in-office Career opportunity that provides work autonomy and zero cap on earning potential with our current Home Buying Specialists earning six figure incomes! Write your own paycheck! The more deals you close the more you earn! We are looking for someone to come in and take ownership over this sales role. You will use your intuition, empathy & compassion to build rapport with homeowners and ultimately assist in acquiring their property. You will use your negotiating and price dropping skills to lock in the best deal for the company while remaining empathetic and compassionate to the property sellers' situation. We are ideally seeking a Sales Person to hit the ground running, effectively, with individuals in this Hot Market!

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Speak and meet with homeowners to purchase their property
  • Negotiate purchase contracts with homeowners and real estate agents
  • Focused on appointments and "Hot Follow Ups"
  • Leads are provided to you (Warm/Hot)
  • Phone-Based Selling - You are on the phone most of the day talking with potential sellers
  • Must have the willingness to tackle new leads in Real Time; Answering phones on the first ring and maintaining/growing current lead generators (Various TV Ads, provided to the sales team bird dogs, Mail-out's, Local Signs, etc.)
  • Your work style must be a good balance between confident and direct yet empathetic to the homeowner's situation
  • Uncover motivation and build value
  • Focus on opportunities and making offers
  • Lock up deals
  • Attend networking events
  • Out of office marketing and sales development activities
  • Database management of prospects
  • Analysis of investment opportunities
  • Daily reporting of sales activities
  • Maintain and exceed company quotas
  • Research market value comparable within the area
  • Weekly dept. level meeting, responsible for KPIs, hit X phone calls, etc.
  • Tech savvy, use pipedrive, apps, etc. can run everything from phone as needed

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in sales, hitting KPIs/goals, negotiations, and closing sales - should be itching to make and close deals!

  • Responsible, reliable, dependable (show up on time and do what you say you're going to do)

  • Committed to the long-term growth of yourself and the company
  • Experience with a CRM and other sales tools preferred, but not required - we use Pipedrive
  • Tech savvy - able to navigate and maximize use of our platforms, systems, and technology
  • Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality with the ability to demonstrate ethical and professional conduct always
  • Novations experience preferred but not required
