IT Project Manager

We've set ourselves some ambitious growth targets for 2022. As our project's portfolio expands, we'll need to grow our teams while still upholding our core principles and striving for excellence. This time, we d like to expand our team with a talented IT Project Manager who will help us in delivering exceptional products.

Tasks

• Communicating with clients and assessing their business needs
• Estimating required resources and breaking down projects into deliverable parts (Story)
• Preparing project requirements and writing functional specifications in collaboration with lead developers
• Development coordination - cooperation with the development team
• Providing assistance to Sales during the project estimation process
• Identifying potential new vendors and keeping in touch with the current ones
• Vendor management (involving them in our projects, building mutual trust, etc.)

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT project management
• Previous experience working with web-based and mobile products
• Ability to represent INSPYRE to our customers
• English professional level AND Hungarian native or close to native level
• Ability to convert complex requirements into concrete, actionable software development tasks
• Experience managing multiple projects from start to finish
• Self-motivated individual who isn't afraid to take ownership and initiative
