Clients from 20 countries, more than 20,000 yachts in the database, 100K+ visitors on the website, and full product support from development to sales and customer support.
Tasks
- Financial planning (month/quarter/year)
- Building a financial accounting system, optimizing the current
- Summary analysis of P&L, financial statements (month/quarter/year)
- Organization of the work of the department (+ 1 financial manager subordinate for operational payments)
- Collection of documents (Pro Factura, Invoices, Contracts), systematization of transaction data
- Financial and accounting statements at the request of HQ
- Calculation and control of remuneration to employees of the company
Requirements
- Financial education
- Experience in working in European markets with EU companies is required
- Fluent English and knowledge of Eastern European languages will be an advantage: Belarusian, Ukrainian, Russian, Polish, etc.
- Experience in startups in a position not lower than a Financial Manager for at least 1 year
- Experience in venture investment projects
- Experience in the agency model: B2C. Incoming payments from individuals from the EU, outgoing payments to EU organizations and outside the EU (Turkey, Caribbean Islands, etc.)
- Knowledge of the startup economy UNIT: GMV, MRR, LTV, CAC
