695.09 Business Analyst

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s Degree in related discipline,
  
• Min 2-3 years of working experience as business analyst,
  
• Good command of English,
  
• Experienced in business process analysis and design,
  
• Knowledge and experience with MSSQL database,
  
• Preferably experience in EBA processes,
  
• Preferably experience in Qlikview or similar BI and Enterprise Data Warehouse applications,
  
• Having knowledge of and working with Agile methodologies,
  
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability,
  
• Able to work in coordination with cross-functional business units,
  
• Multi-task oriented, well-organized.
  
• Customer oriented,
  
• Support open communication and feedback culture.
  

• Preparing the required project analyzes and necessary workflows, taking into account the existing infrastructure and applications, and describing the analyzes to the software developers,
  
• Testing the developed processes, following and correcting the errors
  
• Preparing user acceptance test scenarios and taking an active role in user acceptance tests,
  
• Planning the commissioning of completed processes, Creation of integration structures where necessary,
  
• Preparation of necessary flow and screen documentation for end users
  
• Providing 2nd level problem solving support related to the processes/applications for which it is responsible,
  
• Following up-to-date technologies very closely and ensuring their adaptation to projects.
