About the role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full spectrum of the hiring from identifying needs and shortlisting candidates to closing successful hires. Should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned goals. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with complete recruitment cycle and great communication skills. Ultimately, you will maintain and improve our Employer brand, ensuring that we attract, hire and retain people who contribute to our company s growth.
Responsibility:
- Work closely with the Hiring Managers and co-create recruitment plans/strategies.
- Execution of the full-cycle recruitment process (including job posting, phone screening, behavioral based interviewing, offer negotiations, regular communication with candidates).
- Plan, organize, promote, attend and actively contribute at campus events.
- Ability to source potential candidates from various online channels such as Job Portals, LinkedIn, Social Networking, References, Head Hunting etc. as well as to Innovate new recruiting techniques.
- Advertise job openings on companys careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
- Meet the set hiring goals.
- Develop an active database pool of qualified candidates for future needs.
- Good experience in vendor management.
- Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until they get onboard
- Interview candidates at various stages of the hiring process (phone screening calls, video interviews and in-person meetings)
- Use skill assessment tools and tests to screen candidates
- Track Recruitment activities diligently, maintain up to date data and post jobs on social media through ATS.
- Track recruitment KPIs, like time to hire, source of hire and time to fill
- Creating and managing dashboards for regular updates on hiring.
Requirements
Key Skills & Competencies:
- 1-3 years of experience in Non-IT hiring. Hiring experience of Sales & Media professionals will be preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Linkedin Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems is a must.
- Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques (like video or panel interviews.
Key Skills & Competencies: 3-4 years of experience in Non-IT hiring. Hiring experience of Sales & Media professionals will be preferred.
