Tasks

More importantly you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Utilising technical knowledge to ensure products are selected correctly.
  • Creating bespoke proposals for customer opportunities.
  • Maintaining regional pipeline of opportunities, helping with forecasting and stock decisions.
  • Remotely managing virtual product demonstrations and end customer presentations.
  • Building strong relationships with 3rd party suppliers (supporting Vendor Management).
  • General evangelism of Ricoh s own solutions to internal stakeholders.
  • Sharing marketing materials (e.g. success stories, product information) with wider Ricoh community.
  • Spotting and communicating customer requirements that support future product development.
  • Maintaining centrally stored proposals and customer specific materials.

We are searching for a:

As part of the Communication Services, Sales Dept., the Internal Sales Executive will support our OpCosacross EMEA to grow revenue and profit, focused on Ricoh s own solutions (e.g. Ricoh Spaces).The objective is to drive business growth through support of multiple sales activities, including quoting,product selection and virtual demonstrations.
