About the Job

We re looking for a motivated (Senior) Product Manager - Digital Solutions (m/f/d) to join one of our portfolio companies and support its Product strategies.

In your day-to-day work, you ll focus on managing the continued development of the innovative digital communication platform and get the opportunity to contribute to various projects.

Join our portfolio company: A German customer service platform focused on connecting companies with support experts located around the globe. The startup collaborates with more than 30,000 service professionals, enabling them to offer remote support to companies through its innovative digital platform.

In this role, you ll:

• Be responsible for the continued development of the innovative digital communication platform
• Closely cooperate with the tech team, the UX specialists and the venture s clients
• Act with a great deal of creative freedom - Be like an entrepreneur in the company and bring in your passion for developing product vision and for the ongoing improvement of details
• Develop, present and discuss product ideas at Founder and VP level and taking holistic ownership

Your Profile

• Several years of professional experience in product management, the construction of digital products or the underlying product strategy, ideally in the Saas environment
• Analytical working style and data-driven prioritization
• Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to find a good balance between user wishes and sustainable value proposition
• Enthusiasm for digital products, user experience and modern tech stacks, as well as enjoying interdisciplinary project collaboration
• Completed studies in the field of media informatics, business informatics, engineering or science or a comparable education

Please note that we are looking for support in the Berlin/Munich office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
