Your mission
- You are our first person on-the-ground in Italy and are leading our initiative to establish comunicasa (our localised casavi brand for Italy) in the property management industry. You achieve this by sourcing and acquiring our first lighthouse accounts
- You are responsible for the sales of our solution in Italy and report directly to our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) with the opportunity to build out a local team and progress to a country manager position
- You work closely with our marketing, product and customer service teams to secure their active involvement required to facilitate our successful market entry
- You liaise with external sales development agencies to accelerate the build-up of our sales pipeline in Italy
- You identify decision-makers at potential customers, identify their challenges and convince them of the advantages of our solution in video conferencing and personal presentation meetings
- You conduct demos, webinars and presentations at events to generate leads and attention
- You initiate new partnerships for our product and qualify their potential and professional fit
- You lead contract negotiations with partners and develop them to our company standards together with our central partner management team
Your profile
- You have worked in the real estate/ property management sector for several years and are familiar with the industry specifics as well as with the key stakeholders
- You have experience in sales or business developmen in the real estate industry
- You are communicative, have strong organisational skills and are able to quickly establish goal-oriented cooperations with different stakeholders
- You are a native Italian speaker (or C2) and fluent in English; German skills are a nice-to-have
