Die Position

In the future, you will be responsible for the electrical system during the assembly and commissioning of highly automated production lines. You will be part of a global technology leader and meet an extremely professional company. Your enthusiasm for construction management in plant engineering will find the perfect environment here.
In detail, your area of responsibility will be as follows:

  • Management, organization and execution of erection and commissioning projects in the field of electrics
  • Construction sites worldwide, primarily Germany and Europe
  • Project duration 12 to 24 months
  • The size of the projects will grow with your increasing experience
  • Management of the supporting team as well as the involved suppliers
  • Partial support in hardware design (HWK)
  • Management of deadlines and resources
  • Ensuring compliance with processes, specifications and quality criteria
  • Contact person for the customer and his departments
  • Regular reporting
  • Very stable planning of trips home or rhythmic changes site/home
  • Extensive training during the first year

Ihr Profil

For this particular position, your profile meets the following requirements:

  • Vocational training in the field of electrics/mechatronics with further training as a technician/master craftsman
  • Experience in assembly and commissioning in plant or mechanical engineering
  • Experience in project business
  • At least first management experience, e.g. as foreman of a small team
  • Basic knowledge of PLC
  • Enthusiastic and motivating personality with leadership qualities
  • Good intuition for employees and customers
  • Distinct analytical skills
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
  • Strong communication skills and assertiveness
  • Good written and spoken German and English
  • High willingness to travel
