In the future, you will have overall responsibility for the assembly, commissioning and acceptance of highly automated production lines. In detail, your area of responsibility will be as follows:

• Overall management of the construction site, in particular assembly, commissioning and acceptance
• Construction sites worldwide, primarily Germany and Europe
• Project duration 12 to 24 months, up to 100 million
• The size of the projects grows with your increasing experience
• In the run-up to the project, participation in the validation and project team
• Preparation and development of the construction site
• Leadership and motivation of the employees
• Clear definition of tasks, responsibilities and procedures
• Ensuring compliance with processes, specifications and quality criteria
• Responsibility for deadlines, costs and claim management
• Contact person for the customer and his specialist departments
• Regular reporting
• Very stable planning of trips home or rhythmic changes site/home
• Extensive on-the-job training in the first year

Ihr Profil

For this particular position, your profile meets the following requirements:

• Vocational training in the field of mechanics, electrics or mechatronics
• Further training as a technician/master craftsman, alternatively studies in engineering
• Sound experience in assembly and commissioning in plant construction
• Management experience in a comparable position
• Experience in project business
• Good intuition for employees and customers, intercultural competence
• Strong analytical and entrepreneurial skills
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness
• Good German and very good written and spoken English
• High willingness to travel
