People Manager (m/f/d)

As People Manager at Convex Energy, you take responsibility for all our 30+
employees working at all European offices along the full employee lifecycle. You aspire
to provide the team with the best possible experience along each step of their

Tasks

• You recruit the future Convex talent and provide them with an excellent candidate experience
• You implement a tailored onboarding journey for our new team members
• You promote a safe and inclusive working environment for everyone at Convex
• You evaluate individual and organizational development needs and create suitable learning paths
• You are responsible for the employee administration including working contracts, relocation, compliance

Requirements

• You master English and German on a professional, business level
• You ideally have between 3-6 years of experience in a similar role in Germany
• You have a relevant university degree in human resources, business management or psychology
• You have good knowledge of German labour law and regulations
