A new team member for one of our companies.
What will keep you challenged?
- Support operational managers and consultants in organising virtual and onsite events
- Help with preparation of follow-ups meetings, coaching, mediation and training
- Handle administrative processes and appointments coordinations
- Research content materials for training and development programmes
- Create and design PowerPoint decks
- Write explanatory texts and maintain communication with different stakeholders
Which traits contribute to your success?
- You have finished or are currently doing a commercial apprenticeships and/or a degree in tourism, hotel, event management or a similar field
- Commitment, reliability and being a team player
- Communication and organization skills, as well as a solution oriented mindset
- Experience with MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
- Customer oriented approach of work
- Native level German proficiency and fluency in English
Please note that we are looking for support in the Berlin office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
