Tasks
- Develop and grow the IT business across Switzerland, and DACH region, through business development and client acquisition.
- Developing and growing your existing client base and offering more senior headhunting services as well.
- Compete, challenge and lead the market for quality permanent recruitment.
- Act as a brand ambassador when with clients, at events and on the market
- Headhunt, recruit, network and attract candidates to make the best match for your client
- Become a brand and go to person for your niche and specialism
Requirements
- Several years experience in agency recruitment, ideally on the Swiss market
- Relationship-driven consultant who wants to deliver high quality solutions and results
- Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Complete understanding of the recruitment cycle, sales and business development
- Fluent English is essential, Swiss German or German a clear advantage
