Internship in Recruiting & Bid Management

Hey there! We are looking for a brilliant person to join our Bid & Alliance Manager and support him in his daily activities.

We are an IT consulting Company and we are based in Switzerland, near Z rich, and the place of work will in be our headquarters.

You will join a very young and dynamics team and your colleagues are waiting for you!

Tasks

• Support the Bid & Alliance Manager in his activities

• Active Recruiting

• CV Scanning

• Interviews with candidates

• Support the Bid Manager in Tender Management

• Tender scouting

• Requirements Assessment

• Documentation gathering and writing

Requirements

• Good interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn
• Proactivity
• English and German at least level B2/C1
• Swiss citizenship or Swiss working permit or EU citizenship
