The CRM Campaigns team look after the marketing communications aimed at our existing customer base and interested prospective customers using a number of channels: emails, direct mail, mobile notifications and website banners. We develop, execute and continuously refine the way we communicate to our customers and prospects, ensuring that the messages we re sending are clear, well-timed and relevant. Working across a number of countries - Germany, Austria, UK, Spain, Netherlands and France, we are experts in producing communications that are compliant and tailored to each country customer likes and dislikes.

Your Responsibilities

• You will work with the CRM Campaigns team to develop and analyse marketing communications, primarily for the DE market.
• Your day to day tasks will include idea generation, assisting with copywriting, producing communication drafts on our customer experience platform.
• You also have responsibility for analysing insights into past performance.

Your Profile

• You have a degree in marketing, communication, media, publishing or journalism or a comparable subject.
• You are proficient in producing commercial text (email/notification content).
• You are interested in financial topics and/or have initial experience in the FinTech environment.
• You are familiar with MS Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Initial experience in online marketing and existing CRM experience are desirable.
• You are fluent in German and fluent in written and spoken English.
• Basic knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems would be an advantage.
