You'll have the opportunity to work with the latest art tools and technologies, ensuring that very asset is performant, visually striking and communicates our creative vision. You ll improve our art pipelines and techniques while integrating new tools and technologies as we develop our games. You ll be responsible for delivering expertly designed art assets, built to the highest standard, ready for integration into various contexts across the studio.

Tasks

• Presenting 3D animations to colleagues for feedback.
• Building assets to game engine specifications and pipelines for Unity.
• Building content within the requirements of the target platform.

Requirements

Essential

• 2+ years experience working as a 3D Animator.
• Proven experience creating 3D animations via a Demo Reel and/or portfolio.
• Experience with animation within an industry standard game engine.
• Experience with character Rigging.

Desirable

• Experience with Unity & Maya.
• Experience with 3D modelling/ texturing.
• Experience with 2D animation.

• The desire and ability to create smooth and coherent animations.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members at all levels.
• Ensuring animations and file organisation are created to the highest quality.
• Expert planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise your own workload and meet deadlines.
• A creative and logical approach to problem-solving.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Good sense of industry animation standards.
• Adapts well to new processes and pipelines and helps to further improve existing ones.
