The position

We have big plans for 2022 and beyond, so we are looking for an inspirational Brand Marketing Director. Reporting directly to the VP Brand, you are driving awareness and recognition across our worker community in 9+ markets in Europe, LATAM and the US. You will enable our markets to be even more successful when hiring and retaining workers. Based on the value proposition for our workers, you will create strong brand experiences, effective awareness activations such as Social Media, TV, or OOH and build a lively community with the intention to increase overall brand awareness and brand perception of Jobandtalent. You will have the unique opportunity to work with our country managers on individual brand plans, continue to evolve long-term brand strategy while delivering visible and measurable results at a rapid pace, helping to make our vision a reality.

Responsibilities

• Significantly drive awareness and recognition across the worker community, by enabling markets to better meet their objectives in acquiring and retaining great people
• Define strategic priorities, goals, and develop KPIs translating them into a strong integrated brand plan
• Initiate and drive campaigns that drive awareness and consideration precisely aligned to the worker community, e.g. Social Media, Sponsoring, TV campaigns
• Identify ongoing market reviews, consumer trends and competitor activity
• Manage the brand planning and budgeting processes, and coordinate progress reviews
• Continuous monitoring of awareness and consideration KPIs and continuous adjustment of measures to achieve goals
• Champion effective and consistent content that educates our target segments across website, pitches, whitepapers, and other media formats
• Build and lead a world class team that will represent the key target segments both on HQ and local level

• Fluent in English, other languages are an advantage
