Full Stack Tech Lead (f/m/d)

Tasks

Together with the CTO, you will manage 3 scrum teams.

In addition to managing the teams, there are some non-traditional tasks where a more senior developer would be of great help:

- Set up Intercom on our Wix landing page

- Configure and migrate AWS Cognito pools

- Evaluate and decide on providers for BI: Fivetran vs stitch, snowflake vs bigquery

- Set up a project template for provider integration

Requirements

- Hands-on experience with Java, Flutter

- Experience in recruiting, hiring, managing

- Start-up experience

- Experience starting a project from scratch

- Experience with AWS

- Good knowledge of GIT

- Experience with issue tracking tools such as JIRA

- Experience with agile methodology
