Performance Manager / Data Analyst (f/m/d)

Your Tasks:

Our mission is to provide cloud and server solutions to small and micro enterprises (SMEs). Through our intuitive Cloud Panel, customers can easily manage their infrastructure needs and adapt them at any time. In this environment, you will help shape the strategies for achieving goals with your analyses and reports. Your tasks are:

• Preparation and analysis of data for decision making.
• Preparing management meetings.
• Creating new data requirements and managing data processes.
• Advisor role towards product management.
• Creating reports with Microsoft Excel, Adobe Analytics, PowerBI and SQL.

We Appreciate:

In addition to logical and abstract thinking, you also have the following skills:

• You combine business and mathematical know-how through a degree in (business) informatics, mathematics, economics or a comparable course of study and initial professional experience in the IT environment.
• IT and data analysis know-how in the following areas is required Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and SQL.
• You are characterised by analytical thinking, a solution-oriented approach and a structured way of working.
• Your good comprehension skills and your strong understanding of data help you to recognise patterns quickly and to draw the right conclusions.
• Your strong communication skills and know-how enable you to communicate at eye level with both technical and business-oriented stakeholders.

You speak fluent German and English and convince us with your communication skills, presentation skills and creativity.
