Job Description

Join our Marketing Growth Team and become a part of one of the biggest games companies in Berlin! As a CRM Specialist*, you will plan, manage, and implement campaigns and programs that enrich GameDuell s relationship with our users across our mobile games. Help us to maximize retention, monetization, and conversion by finding the best-fitting segmentations, triggers, and campaigns for our users.

Tasks

Your tasks

  • Manage one or more of our mobile-app games and optimize the CRM lifecycle across our channels: using push notifications, in-app- and inbox messages in line with business and marketing objectives
  • Plan, build, measure, and optimize Lifecycle & Engagement campaigns using our CRM and Analytics tools and keep an analytical view on monetization
  • Set-Up and improve regular special offers and seasonal events supporting our product team s quarterly strategy
  • Embrace growth model processes and continuously A/B test with a focus on conversion and retention
  • Use your technical understanding to find opportunities for automation and personalization
  • Analyze and monitor your campaigns and prepare to report to all important stakeholders
  • Collaborate with different teams across the company (like product management, analytics, art, and content) to ensure the optimal alignment of our CRM communications with our company wide OKRs and KPIs

Requirements

What we expect

  • 2+ years of work experience in product management, as CRM Manager* with a focus on mobile (mobile push and in-app), or in marketing for digital products
  • A university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or similar
  • You are comfortable working with CRM metrics and KPIs to ensure customer-focused campaign optimization
  • You have good knowledge of CRM ecosystems and are aware of the related tech stack
  • You are organized and autonomous to develop consistent and targeted product and marketing communications
  • You are also able to collaborate and work cross-functionally to problem solve and drive projects to completion
  • You are comfortable with an English-speaking work environment, German or French language would be a plus
