Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships EMEA (remote) (m/f/d)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager Strategic Partnerships - EMEA to join our recently established Global Strategic Partnerships team.

As a key addition to our team you will be responsible for building a thriving EMEA partner ecosystem capable of driving a significant portion of our business through an indirect sales channel. You will report into the Global Head of Strategic Partnerships and work closely with all relevant global and regional internal stakeholders (sales, legal, product, tech, etc.) to build scalable partnerships with various industry stakeholders, including HR SaaS/PaaS companies (HCM, LMS, etc.), HR consultancies, system integrators, institutes and many more.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the EMEA partnerships strategy and implementation with the most strategic revenue generating partners.
• Develop business acumen, uncover partnership opportunities and own the full partnership cycle (prospecting, contracting, integration, onboarding & activation).
• Build joint business plans and set goals with partners that secure significant mutual growth.
• Work collaboratively across functions in a highly matrixed and dynamic environment (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Legal, Operations) to negotiate, launch, and activate partnerships.
• Support building the end-to-end global partnership framework and indirect channel integration.
• Scale the CoachHub EMEA partnership function and eventually build a high performing team.

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 4+ years of relevant experience managing complex partnerships.

• Ability to identify partnership opportunities, build collaborative relationships and drive significant joint business growth.

• Experience managing senior stakeholders, leading strategic initiatives, and structuring and coordinating complex agreements.

• Ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans.

• Preferred

• Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 2+ years of experience working in the European HR tech or HR consulting industry.

• Senior level contacts in both HR tech and HR consultancy companies and experience building those relationships.

• Experience in developing a partner ecosystem from scratch.

• Locations for the role: Berlin, Munich, Lisbon, Dublin, Brussels, Copenhagen, Vienna, Zurich, Stockholm, Madrid, Rome, Amsterdam, Paris, London or remote.
