Transaction Advisory / Deal Strategy Consultant (m/f/d)

For one of our customers, a digital strategy consultancy that specializes in the sustainable value creation of mid-sized companies, large enterprises, and investment firms worldwide, we are looking for you as Transaction Advisory / Deal Strategy Consultant.

Tasks

• You analyze (digital) business models for notable Private Equity clients in an international context
• You will provide comprehensive management support in the preparation of due diligence reports on buy-side and sell-side commercial, digital, technical, and data-related transactions
• You support in developing an equity story and (digital) value creation initiatives for portfolio companies of the private equity clients
• You align and work on project requests and analyses closely with the digital expert teams and you prepare presentations for client projects and business development purposes
• You identify client consulting needs, structure the problem and assist in developing solutions
• You re co-responsible for core activities such as workshops, meetings, research, business analysis and process development for both internal and external projects

Requirements

• You have a university degree in business, economics, computer sciences or a related discipline with outstanding academic grades and a Master s degree with a focus on (digital) strategy consulting, transaction advisory or digital marketing
• You have high analytical ability and technology affinity, yet creative, you re service oriented and a communicative team player with passion for work
• You have very good Excel and PowerPoint skills and outstanding oral and written communication skills
• You re fluent in English, German is a plus
