Sales Engineer (gn)

Your mission

• You will support sales partners and customer support in demos, evaluating of customer cases and the development of work arounds.
• You will help identifying competitors, test and evaluate them, and prepare content for customer-facing units.
• You will educate internal and external employees, customers, and partners and you will support preparing means for educating all stakeholders.
• You will take customer requests and translate them into feature requests, and you will further explain to internal resources like product management, engineering, and QA.
• You will help to define quality requirements of new features and will help to prioritize.

Your profile

• You understand the shopfloor world and what belongs to them.
• You have proven experience in working and teaching of robots (industrial and cobots).
• You have experience in cell integration and/or specific applications, e.g. welding, painting, gluing.
• You are good with people and at explaining being a good communicator.
• You are eager and fast in understanding issues in technology and you are actively looking for solutions.
• Where others see a problem space, you see a solution space.
• You are fluent in written and spoken English and German.
